Reopening of Patinarium
Patinarium is open. All the other attractions remain closed for an indefinite period.
Online booking for acces to Patinarium is mandatory.
For a memorable experience, here is the information you need to know in order to properly plan your visit :
- Galeries de la Capitale’s entrance F should be privileged for quick access to Patinarium;
- Access control is located at Méga Parc’s walkway on the first level;
- We recommend that you show up no more than 15 minutes before the start of your time slot. Benches are available to put on your equipment. Please note that there is no surveillance of the premises. We are not responsible for the loss or theft of personal effects left under the benches;
- Make sure you have a copy of your confirmation of purchase to present to the staff at the access control;
- Note that your reservation is valid only on the date and time reserved. Your reservation is non-refundable and non-transferable. If you are late, you will be able to access Patinarium. However, you will still have to respect the end time of your reservation. It will not be possible to extend the time slot.

Here are the measures put in place to ensure everyone’s safety :
- Access to Patinarium is limited to 100 people;
- Lockers remain inaccessible;
- Masks are mandatory for anyone aged 10 and over;
- A disinfection time is planned between each time slot;
- Maximised signage on site to ensure social distancing;
- It is forbidden to consume food or drinks on site;
- If you have symptoms of COVID-19, stay home.
