HOW IT WORKS

• Member will be issued a reusable wristband in Mega Parc colors.

• Bypass the ticket office and access the attractions directly.  (except for the initial visit to activate your pass or for associated purchases)

• You must go to the ticket office to activate your membership prior to the first use.  Photo proof of identity as well as the physical credit card used for the purchase will be required.

• Season passes are proprietary and cannot be shared. A photo per pass holder must be downloaded to the client account.  Once downloaded, the photo cannot be modified by the client.

• The photo you upload when creating your profile must be in color, of good quality/resolution, allowing us to clearly see facial features.   Pictures with subject wearing sunglasses, hats/caps, masks or any other object that may hide the face or alter appearance will not be accepted.

• When you scan your wristband at the attraction entrance, your photo will be displayed on the reader to validate your identity.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE

• The season pass gives the pass holder unlimited access to the attractions during the validity of the pass and during our regular operating hours.  Not valid during private events.

• The number of attractions to which a passe holder can access will vary depending on their height, weight and health.  Please click here to verify specific eligibility requirements for each attraction.

• For your guest to benefit from the 10% discount, the purchase of the discounted guest wristband must be made on site only and in the presence of the pass holder.

• In the event of the loss of your reusable wristband, a fee of 25$ plus applicable taxes will be charged for the replacement of the lost wristband.

• The use of Mega Parc facilities involves certain inherent risks and dangers, as well as safety rules and regulations.  By purchasing a season pass, the customer agrees to abide by said rules and accepts full responsibility for damages of any kind.

• Failure to comply with the terms and conditions of the season pass may result in expulsion and/or annulment of the pass.  No refunds will be issued in such cases.

• Season passes do not include access to the Patinarium or to the Salle des Machines (Arcades).  Separate admission is required for these activities.

• If the pass holder’s appearance changes significantly to the point that they are difficult to recognize versus the photo in their profile, access to attractions will be refused and the member asked to report to the ticket office with a photo identification with address, to validate the member’s identity and take a new photo for their profile.

TERMS OF PURCHASE

• Quantities are limited.  Mega Parc reserves the right to change prices or withdraw the offer at any time without notice.

• Season pass prices are based on the purchaser’s height.  Prices are on a per person basis.  Applicable taxes are extra.

• Online purchase only.

• Cannot be combined with any other offer, promotion, discount or redemption of previously issued points / tokens / wristbands.

• All sales are final.  No refunds, exchanges or extensions possible.

• The pass category purchased must correspond to the buyer’s actual height at the time of purchase.  It is your responsibility to measure yourself correctly.  Height will be validated at the time of redemption.

• If your actual height does not correspond to the category purchased, the difference in cost between categories will be charged prior to activation.

• If your height changes during the validity period of your pass, which would require a different category, the difference in cost between categories will be charged in proportion to the time remaining on the pass.
