In accordance with government health measures, anyone aged 13 and over must present their vaccination passport and proof of identity to access the Méga Parc area, starting September 1, 2021.

You can show proof in one of three ways :

  • QR code on paper
  • QR code in a PDF on your mobile device
  • On the VaxiCode application

Note that for all formats, proof of identity with photo will be required. The vaccination passport must be presented at the ticketing located near entrance F of  Galeries de la Capitale.

IMPORTANT : the validation of the vaccination passport significantly increases the processing time of your reservation at the Méga Parc ticketing. The ticketing opens 1 hour before the opening of the Méga Parc, i.e. from 9 a.m. every morning. In order to make the most of your time slot inside Méga Parc, we suggest that you arrive :

  • Weekends and evenings : at least 45 to 60 minutes before your time slot
  • Weekdays : at least 15 to 30 minutes before your time slot
