
As an Event Coordinator, you will plan, coordinate, and oversee a variety of events at Méga Parc. You will also contribute to sales support strategies and business development initiatives aimed at promoting our event services and maximizing business opportunities.
You report to the Méga Parc Director. In this role, your responsibilities include:

Organizing the logistical aspects of events within an assigned budget (venue, facilities, staff, suppliers, etc.)

Developing function sheets detailing the specific needs of each event

Participating in pre-event site visits and making necessary adjustments

Being present during major events to ensure service quality and manage unforeseen situations

Developing and nurturing relationships with clients, suppliers, and internal teams (marketing, sales, operations, billing, etc.)

Overseeing compliance with contractual agreements with suppliers

Promoting event services to current and potential clients
-
Identifying new business opportunities and contributing to the development of growth strategies

Assisting the Sales Representative and Méga Parc Director in preparing proposals and sales presentations

Maintaining and updating client files, budgets, and post-event statistics

Preparing analysis reports and suggesting improvements for future events

Performing other related tasks as assigned
Requirements
To excel in this role, we are looking for candidates with excellent organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. If this opportunity interests you, you likely possess the following qualities:

2 to 3 years of experience in event coordination with minimal on-site supervision

Strong interpersonal skills, friendliness, and the ability to interact with various personalities with tact and diplomacy

Autonomy and comfort in taking initiative

Team spirit and client-focused mindset

Computer proficiency and mastery of MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)

Experience in visual arts such as photography and videography

Strong interest in business development and commercial growth

Good level of English (American clientele at Méga Parc)
