Park policies

All Méga Parc users agree to release, indemnify and exonerate Les Galeries de la Capitale, its owners, managers and representatives, as well as their officers, employees, agents, mortgagees, successors, assignees and all other persons for whom they are responsible at law (collectively the “Releasees”), from any and all obligations, actions, causes of action, claims, damages, suits, for personal injury (including death) to himself, his child(ren) or any other person(s) under his responsibility, or for damage to property resulting from his and/or his child(ren)’s and/or any other person(s) under his responsibility’s use of the Mega Parc and the attractions therein.

All users must comply with the specific regulations governing the attractions. All users must comply with safety regulations. All users must demonstrate appropriate behavior. Do not ride if you cannot be properly secured. Do not ride the attraction if you suffer from heart conditions, spinal weakness or severe physical disability. Do not ride the attraction if you do not comply with the attraction rules. Any items that may be dropped must be left at the entrance to the attraction. Loose or long clothing and long scarves are not allowed in the attraction, if there is a risk of jamming. Long hair must be tied back.

CODE OF CONDUCT

Guests who exhibit aggressive behaviour or show signs of being under the influence of alcohol or drugs will be asked to leave.

All guests must:

Follow the rules for each attraction

Follow all safety instructions

Behave appropriately.

SPECIAL CONDITIONS

Guests are responsible for adhering to the recommendations below.

Do not use the attractions if you:

Have a heart condition

Have a spinal cord problem

Have a serious physical disability

Are prone to seizures

Have an aneurysm

Have neck or back problems

Have recently undergone surgery

Have high blood pressure

Have a medical device that is sensitive to magnetic fields.

 

This list is not exhaustive. If you have a condition that is not listed above, please contact us before buying a wristband or season pass.

REASONS FOR REFUSAL OF ENTRY

The following are not allowed on the majority of attractions:

Expectant mothers

Casts

Orthopedic boots

Splints/braces

Rigid orthopedic supports

Wheelchairs

Noise-cancelling devices.

GENERAL RULES

Any loose items that might be dropped must be left at the entrance to each attraction.

The following items are strictly prohibited on all attractions:

Food and drink

Mobile phones and other electronic devices

Hats

Bags

Crutches and walkers

Strollers

Baby carriers

Sunglasses

Scarves

 

This list is not exhaustive. Méga Parc reserves the right to ask you to leave other items in a locker at the entrance to each attraction.

Bulky articles of clothing are not permitted as they can prevent restraint systems from working properly. Long hair must be tied back.

DRESS CODE

Proper attire, including tops, bottoms and shoes, is required in Méga Parc. Shoes are mandatory on certain attractions. Swimwear is not permitted.

 

Méga Parc reserves the right to revoke access for anyone who violates the conditions and rules outlined above.
