Important information about the seasonal pass

• • Unlimited access to attractions during the pass validity period. The pass is personal and non-transferable.

  • Passholders must scan their wristband at each attraction. Their photo will appear to confirm identity.

  • Access to some attractions depends on the passholder’s height, weight, and health condition. [Click here for attraction-specific requirements.]

  • Valid during regular park hours, based on the type of pass. The park may adjust its schedule without notice.

  • Not valid during private events.

  • The pass does not include access to the skating trail or the Game Room (arcades). Separate admission required.

  • To receive the 10% discount at Fromagerie Victoria, Queues de Castor, and L2 Bubble Tea, show your privilege card and wristband at checkout.

  • A $25 replacement fee + tax applies if the wristband is lost.

  • Using the Mega Park facilities involves inherent risks and safety rules. Passholders agree to follow all rules and assume full responsibility.

  • Failure to comply may result in pass revocation without refund and denied access to the park.
